• TouchGuard™ – on the back of each check, a fingerprint symbol is printed using thermochromic (color-changing) ink. When you rub or breathe on the fingerprint, the color fades and then returns after you stop.
• Tracing Code – each batch of check paper includes a unique code, helping law enforcement trace potential fraudulent purchases.
• Invisible Fibers – these fibers glow under black light, a feature that cannot be reproduced.
• Watermark – immediately apparent when you hold the paper up to light, and cannot be reproduced by color copiers, scanners, or printers.
• Micro-printing – tiny text that looks like a line but is actually readable under magnification, making it impossible for copiers, scanners, or printers to reproduce.
